Summary Trade processing and lifecycle management of OTC derivatives, including performance swaps used in synthetic ETFs. Reconciliation, monitoring and control frameworks for clients’ assets. Au sein de la direction des systèmes d’informations, le BA senior intervient sur plusieurs domaines : Porter la vision produit des services proposés - Connaissance de la plateforme et de l’orientation service de son métier - Designer les nouveaux services dans une philosophie de plateforme industrielle Recueil des besoins exprimés par les métiers et les clients - Analyse des besoins avec les métiers et les clients de Fund Channel - Challenge des besoins exprimés dans les intérêts de Fund Channel - Proposition de solution pragmatique en prenant en compte l’existant et les préconisations des équipes de développement - Être force de proposition dans la définition du besoin et de sa mise en oeuvre, - Rédaction du cahier des fonctionnalités attendues par les clients et comparaison avec la concurrence, - Rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles, Animation des réunions métiers - Coordination des différents acteurs, organisation et animation des réunions de travail - Préparation des réunions via des supports - Cadrer les sujets - Lever les alertes Coordination avec le PMO dans les étapes de conception et de suivi de projet - Garantir le respect des normes et des méthodes projets implémentées chez Fund Channel. - Suivi des plannings, des livrables et des budgets en fournissant les éléments nécessaires au PMO Mise en œuvre du projet en étroite relation avec les équipes de développement - Il spécifie la solution fonctionnelle en intégrant dès le départ les équipes de développement tout en apportant sa plus-value fonctionnelle - Il accompagne les développeurs dans les adaptations nécessaires. - Il communique régulièrement sur ses avancés et ses problématiques Assure la recette des modules livrés - Rédaction des cahiers de test, suivre et réaliser les tests, - Il s’assure de la conformité fonctionnelle des développements livrés - Il s’assure que les développements sont effectués dans le respect des spécifications - Il coordonne les UAT métier et les recette de bout en bout avec les clients Assure le contrôle qualité des modules livrés en production Formation et communication - Il forme les métiers et les clients via des supports et des séances de formations. - Il met en place un kit de formation pour le support - Il forme le support en mettant en place des supports et des kit de formation - Il participe au support via le rôle de support niveau 2 auprès des métiers et des clients de Fund Channel

You will be the single point of contact for critical incidents, own incident management and application monitoring, industrialize run procedures, and drive continuous improvements to meet client SLAs and operational governance standards. Lead day-to-day Support/RUN operations and manage the Support team (recruitment, training, performance). Act as single point of contact for critical incidents; manage escalations and post-mortems. Analyze the quality of services provided to users (clients and internal users) Manage, track and report incidents, SLAs and operational KPIs. Design, enforce and industrialize support procedures, runbooks and playbooks. Maintain and evolve application monitoring and dashboards aligned with client SLAs. Implement reporting tools and analyze service quality to drive improvements. Prioritize automations and optimizations based on impact and ROI; ensure corrective actions are tracked to completion. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients during incidents and change activities.
