Key responsibilities for the SMF24 Chief Operations Function for the firm include the following:
· Managing the internal operations of the firm, with Middle Office and Settlement and IT (including cybersecurity).

Responsible for ensuring the firm has an appropriate reporting organisation which guarantees the regulator’s expectations are met regarding MiFID reporting (internal) and EMIR reporting (outsourced to CACEIS). This includes quality assessments
Principle Accountabilities:

· As a member of London Management, play a part in the overall running of the business development, including ensuring that effective governance structures, systems and controls are developed and operated.
· As a key member of the Management team, the incumbent will be responsible for deputising for the Chief Executive of Amundi (UK) Limited where required.
· Set and follow high standards of conduct.  Follow, and keep up to date with, regulatory requirements and be proactive in obtaining legal /compliance advice. Delegate responsibilities, clearly specifying issues to be escalated. 
· Encourage a culture that ensures the appropriate level of client support and drives appropriate behaviours from Amundi (UK) limited employees.
· Principally responsible for systems and controls of Amundi (UK) Ltd, including financial affairs, information security, setting and controlling risk exposure, adherence to internal systems and controls, procedures and policies, and reporting to Amundi (UK) Ltd Board thereon.
     - Put in place effective systems and controls, including guidance as to types of issues to be escalated.
     - Promptly resolve any compliance/control issues identified and enhance related policies, systems and controls as appropriate.
· Effectively supervise the competence and conduct of employees.
     - Apply supervisory techniques, including monitoring, which would reasonably be expected to identify and deter potential incidents of non-compliant behaviour.
     - Monitor the discharge of the functions by employees to whom responsibilities have been delegated to assess their continued suitability and competence for that role.

Description of the Branch or Intake Service
Cyber Resilience Officer will locally report to the Regional head of Business Continuity in Tokyo and globally to the global head of Cyber resilience in Paris. Mission Description
Cyber Resilience Officer will be in charge of the Cyber resilience program establishment &amp; enforcement in Asia with a focus in Asia.

Position Context

The role of the Senior RFP Writer is to respond Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence requests, and ad hoc requests within the sales process.  This is done by collating information from across the firm and the RFP database (Responsive) and accurately depicting the relevant investment process and firm information for Amundi.
As a member of the Global RFP Team, the role will be a key point of access to the local investment team in London as well as for other strategies and products managed in Europe.

Principal Accountabilities:
· Respond to RFPs, RFIs and DDQs from prospective and current clients across the global distribution platform in a timely manner and in compliance with Amundi standards to meet deadlines.
· Work closely with global sales teams, investments and other internal teams to compile compelling documents that will advance the sales process to the next stage.
· Utilise data systems and RFP platform to create strong, accurate drafts.
· Ensure that documents are of high quality and readability and that they adhere to RFP specifications.
· Manage the whole RFP process from start to finish including follow up questions from clients and sales teams.
· Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy of grammar, spelling, and punctuation and format text, pictures, graphics, etc.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams throughout the organisation.
· Coordinate RFP responses to accurately and favourably present the organisation’s investment products and services.
· Acquire deep understanding of investment products and all applicable content and data resources.
· Ensure the RFP Content team is regularly updated with new content.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Main Accountabilities:
Strategic leadership
- Define and drive the UK marketing &amp; product strategy in line with Amundi Group priorities and UK commercial objectives.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear product roadmaps, marketing plans and KPIs to support growth across institutional, wholesale and retail channels.
- Ensure all marketing and product activities meet FCA and Group regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Manage budgets, monitor product profitability and ensure efficient marketing spend linked to measurable outcomes.
Retirement solutions (UK referent)
- Own the development, positioning, go‑to‑market of Amundi UK’s retirement proposition (DC/DB, workplace, advisers and platforms).
- Coordinate cross‑functional delivery (investment, solutions, sales, legal, compliance, operations) to ensure propositions are market‑fit and compliant.
Product governance and lifecycle management
- Oversee product governance: approvals, launches, registrations/de‑registrations, and lifecycle optimisation to manage costs and impact on P&amp;L.

Marketing, brand and digital
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, support sales and drive client engagement.
- Leverage Group digital capabilities and analytics to improve targeting, measurement and client experience.
- Ensure marketing materials and web content are accurate, compliant and aligned with Group standards.
Team leadership
- Line‑manage the retail Marketing &amp; Product Specialists: set priorities, coach, develop talent and manage performance.
- Work closely with UK Institutional &amp; UK ETF Marketing colleagues to ensure full alignment and clear visibility and coordination of all UK initiatives.
- Build a collaborative, high‑performing team culture and coordinate closely with the Marketing &amp; Product Business Line functions across the Group.
- Partner with sales, distribution, D&amp;W client experience investment, legal, compliance and operations to ensure product and marketing initiatives are commercially viable and operationally deliverable.

Fund Handling and Client Communication

Liaison with Other Regions

The department acts as the operational interface between Asset Management and Technology and is the primary point of contact for Amundi’s SaaS platforms, ALTO Investment and ALTO Wealth. Serve as first‑line support for Amundi Wealth &amp; Distribution and Investment platforms: intake, triage, basic troubleshooting and resolution or escalation.
Own and maintain the local Jira dashboard and manage the ticket lifecycle for the local entity.
Provide regular KPI reports and status updates to the local manager to ensure visibility on workload and service levels.
Coordinate with Tech Hubs in Paris and Dublin and with other Amundi IT teams to resolve incidents and implement fixes or improvements.

Risk Management is an independent function within Amundi Deutschland and the Head of Risk Management is responsible for coordinating all risk management activities according to the Amundi Group Risk Framework.
The Risk Management department is split into different units focusing on Investment Compliance, Investment Risk Measurement &amp; Performance Measurement as well as Operational Risk, and adherence to local regulatory requirements that are related to the investment process.
The Investment Compliance team is responsible for monitoring the adherence to all contractual and legal regulations/constraints related to the fund products or corresponding services (investment compliance risk) as well as ESG limits.
The Investment Risk team is responsible for the implementation of the investment risk management framework of market &amp; credit risks as well as liquidity risk according to local regulation (e.g. Derivative Ordinance/VaR) and global risk management standards (e.g. macro/micro processes).
The Operational Risk Manager is responsible for the incident management,  risk assessment &amp; permanent controls within the departments, monitoring of operational key risk indicator and risk reporting to management and supervisory board.

The Risk Analyst will
Contribute to control the market, liquidity and credit risks
Assist monthly risk management reporting
Support Investment Compliance with “limit-control” on daily basis
Be involved with ESG Risk implementations and researches
Review investment guidelines amendments if necessary
Help with implementation and updates of the client’s ESG lists
Support Operational Risk with the incident management,  risk assessment &amp; permanent controls within the departments and monitoring of operational key risk indicators&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Locally you will be a member of the Japan Chief Operating Officer Office, functioning as a member of the global Information System Security Team.

You will report to CISO Asia and will be in charge for Asian perimeter of:
1.       Conduct risk analysis on IT projects
2.       Conduct security review and assessment of outsource vendors (Third Party Risk Management)
3.       Contribute to global specific projects / initiatives
4.       Contribute to Cyber Resilience plan by assisting with the coordination of streams related to IT and/or Business
5.       Assist Business and IT with;
a.       IT security advice / awareness
b.       respond to security related due diligence and RFP questions from clients
c.        Respond to audits, including regulatory compliance of the respective perimeter (primarily Asia countries)
6.       Contribute to security reporting for local management and global Information security team&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Die Aufgaben
Laufende Buchhaltung

Vertretung und Unterstützung in diversen Buchhaltungsbereichen
Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen sowie Jahresabschlüssen
Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statistiken
Unterstützung bei diversen Projekten sowie damit verbundene Dokumentation der Prozesse
Wen wir suchen
Kfm. Ausbildung mit guten Buchhaltungskenntnissen (Bilanzbuchhaltungsprüfung von Vorteil)
Berufserfahrung im Bereich Accounting
Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
Oracle-Kenntnisse
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Konzernsprache)
Hohes Maß an Genauigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit Zahlen und Informationen
