Summary Trade processing and lifecycle management of OTC derivatives, including performance swaps used in synthetic ETFs. Reconciliation, monitoring and control frameworks for clients’ assets. Key Responsibilities Trade Processing: Process OTC derivative trades from execution through confirmation and settlement. Perform daily matching/pre-matching (cash, balances, confirmations, and SSIs) and resolve discrepancies with counterparties. Ensure accurate trade capture, booking, matching, and confirmation of derivative trades. Monitor trades throughout the trade lifecycle. Oversee cashflows, coupons and corporate actions related to swaps and associated events. Track and manage lifecycle events: initiation, roll, unwind, nominal increase, etc. Coordinate settlement instructions, manage pending issues and resolve settlement-related anomalies, including cash discrepancies and settlement issues. Handle collateral management and margin activities with counterparties. Validate operations and models in internal tools including data quality, controls, etc. Investigate and escalate trade breaks, static data issues, and trade discrepancies where needed. Follow up on incidents, contribute to their resolution and propose process improvements (reduction of breaks). Maintain accurate records and audit trails for all processed trades. Support regulatory filings. Products covered : IRS, asset swap, caps & floors, inflation swaps, swaptions, CC swaps and swap ETFs. Portfolio Admin & Reporting: Perform daily and monthly reconciliations in ALTO covering cash, securities, OTC derivative trades, positions and cash flows against custodian records. Perform daily reconciliation between the futures clearer and ALTO and instruct margin movements. Perform account reconciliations with Fund Accountant on a daily and monthly basis. Follow up with custodians and the Fund Accountant on outstanding matters through to resolution. Provide reports to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain and update KPIs and middle office procedures/workflows. Manage process improvements and automation opportunities. Support regulatory filings. Coordinate audits and regulatory inspections. Project management.

As part of the development of its Amundi Technology management systems, we are looking to strengthen the development team within the Singaporean IT R&D Team while working very closely to the Paris R&D IT Trade Processing teams, which is responsible for applications used by Amundi's Middle Office "Trade Services" operator teams. These teams are present in 18 regions including Paris, Dublin, Milan, Singapore and Boston, and ensure, through proprietary applications developed within the IT team: - **Intraday matching** of transactions executed on behalf of Amundi funds across all asset classes (equities/bonds/ETFs, Money Market, listed derivatives, UCITS, FX, Repo) excluding OTC derivatives - **Settlement/delivery tracking** of these transactions The functional scope covered by applications used by Middle Office "Trade Services" operators is extensive and includes, among others, the following features: - Real-time reception of transactions from Amundi's trading desks (themselves located in various regions around the world) across all asset classes - Distribution of transactions according to the organization of Middle Office "Trade Services" teams - Real-time reception and distribution of confirmations from brokers/counterparties/clearers through various market systems (CTM, Traxx, FxAll) or directly with these intermediaries - Automatic matching of these confirmations with our transactions, management of discrepancies and exceptions - Sending instructions, primarily in Swift format: - To all custodians of our funds for account maintenance or execution of UCITS orders - To all fund accountants for NAV calculation - To clearers for margin call management - To external clients who have subscribed to our execution service - Real-time provision to portfolio managers of all validated transactions in their funds - Settlement/delivery tracking of transactions on equities/bonds/ETFs/Money Market/UCITS through Swift messaging - Sending multiple reports ("trade capture") to our partners and fund clients intraday or on a daily basis

As part of the development of its Amundi Technology management systems, we are looking to strengthen the development team within the Singapore IT R&D Team while working very closely to the Paris R&D IT Trading team within the TTP division. This Paris team currently consists of: - 14 developer/designer engineers - 10 business analysts / quality assurance specialists - 2 people responsible for level 1 & 2 user support The Trading team is responsible for the corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the OMS (Order Management System) used by all Amundi traders/dealers across a wide variety of financial products covering almost all asset classes. This critical application is at the heart of Amundi's IT system. In collaboration with all other team members, and particularly with the business analysts, the service provider will participate in: 1. Corrective and evolutionary maintenance of all application modules 2. Level 2 and 3 user support 3. Business evolution projects currently underway 4. Application reliability improvement project 5. Other upcoming projects that will directly or indirectly impact the application The functional scope covered by the OMS is extensive and includes: - Order Reception: Receiving orders from all Amundi Group asset management companies or external client asset management companies and routing orders to trading desks located in Paris / Dublin / Singapore / Tokyo / Boston - Order Negotiation with brokers or market counterparties: - Across all types of financial instruments (securities, listed derivatives, OTC derivatives, repo, securities lending/borrowing) and almost all asset classes (equities, rates, FX, credit) - By voice or electronically via the FIX protocol: - Directly with a broker - Through EMS platforms - Compliance with best execution requirements and fund-related trading constraints - Order Lifecycle Management and execution transfer to Middle Office - Trading Statistics Production: - Trading data extraction - Feeding the reporting tool for compliance, portfolio managers, and traders - Regulatory reporting (MiFID 2) - Calculation of Execution Fees and movement commissions

Key Responsibilities Business Development Strategy Represent the Fixed Income investment identity in Asia ex Japan and articulate a consistent message around the characteristics and the investment capability under coverage. Partner with sales to drive the promotion of Fixed Income Strategies and Solutions as a core function, as well as serve as a local specialist relay for selective Global Fixed Income products promotion in Asia, covering all client segments. Work closely with Product and Market Intelligence and Specialist Sales teams to work on new processes and investment solutions to complete the range, in line with regulatory change or new market opportunities. Position Our Existing Offering Drive the client pitch—including the analysis of client requirements, guide strategy choice, guide and where necessary provide RFP content, and deliver pitch presentations Provide guidance to, train, and motivate Sales and Support employees and position Fixed Income capabilities internally to be part of the sales plan Create investment communications content to support the marketing and distribution of the company’s products—including fund focuses and opinion pieces, presentation material, and regular portfolio commentaries. Represent PM and Service Existing Book Represent Portfolio Management and products/solutions under coverage at Asian client meetings from performance sales pitch to conducting performance reviews Helps to facilitate reporting and answer ad hoc client requests for the GFI client base Provide clients and prospects with ongoing updates about market views, investment strategy, positioning, and performance Act as the subject matter expert, responding to information requests about our Fixed Income range of products and solutions.
