Job summary

Who we are looking for
Our legal team plays an important role in the development of Amundi cross border products and also supporting the Amundi Ireland Management Company as it continues to grow. We work in a collaborative environment across different departments/locations where flexibility, innovation and intellectual curiosity are highly valued.

We are looking for a VIE to join the Legal Products & Distribution Team of Amundi Ireland Limited in Dublin.  The successful candidate will provide legal support and coordination associated with the development, structuring, launch and operation of the Amundi Irish and Luxembourg domiciled cross border mutual fund ranges(UCITS/AIFs).

 The role involves liaising internally with other departments within the organisation (product development and implementation, marketing, compliance, risk and finance) and externally with our legal advisors to ensure products are structured, launched and registered in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner, as well as drafting fund legal documentations (prospectus, management regulations,) pertaining to Luxembourg-domiciled funds and managing filings with the relevant supervisory authority.

The candidate will also  provide Legal Support for the company’s growing third party management company business and facilitate negotiation of key product documentation and agreements including IMA’s, Administration and Depositary Bank Agreements etc;

The V.I.E and V.I.A are civic services put in place by the French State to encourage young people and companies to undertake work abroad. As a result, V.I.E status is subject to specific conditions concerning age, nationality or tax residence. To go on a V.I.E assignment, you must make sure that you meet these conditions relating to the National Service Code, the rules of the host country and your commitment to Business France.
