Position Context
As part of the development of its Amundi Technology management systems, we are looking to strengthen the development team within the Tokyo IT R&D Team while working very closely to the Paris R&D IT ETF team. consists of 11 employees and handles topics related to the ETF business line.
As part of the development of its management systems, the team needs to engage a service provider for an IT project and studies position focused on web application development.
Responsibilities
The service is attached to the IT Front - ETF team. It will be responsible for the support, development and maintenance of management and decision-support tools used by ETF business line employees.
- Analyse change requests described by the business team or application bugs reported by level 1 support (feasibility, impacts, root cause if bug)
- Propose solutions to implement these requests or corrections
- Estimate the effort required to implement solutions and choose the most suitable solution in partnership with the business team
- Design and develop the chosen solutions while respecting the application architecture, its performance constraints, and the team's best practices and quality standards
- Test solutions ensuring they meet the established functional and technical requirements
- Participate in application deployment
EXPECTED OUTCOMES / DELIVERABLES
- Participation in evolutionary and corrective maintenance, and projects
- Support and assistance to user teams of the tools
- Support and assistance to developers on UI parts of applications
- Conducting unit tests and non-regression tests
- Participation in continuous improvement of IS quality
- Diagnosis of production incidents and corrective actions when necessary
