Reporting to the Head of Project Management & Organization, the Project Manager leads a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives for Fund Channel, spanning strategic, organizational, and operational projects.

The role is centered on driving value creation through continuous improvement, process optimization, and organizational transformation. Particular emphasis is placed on leveraging artificial intelligence and automation as key enablers of operational efficiency and business performance.

The Project Manager also works closely with Crédit Agricole Group senior governance bodies as well as external partners, requiring strong stakeholder management and the ability to operate effectively in a complex and evolving environment.

- Support the delivery of Fund Channel’s transformation projects, ensuring proper follow-up on timelines, deliverables, and expected outcomes.
- Contribute to project coordination, reporting, and governance materials for steering committees, senior management, and the Board.
- Assist in the preparation and facilitation of workshops, the collection of business requirements, and the follow-up of action plans with stakeholders.
- Help identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification, automation, and AI-driven efficiency.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, Crédit Agricole Group governance bodies, and external partners in a structured and professional manner.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Head of Project Management & Organization on cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc topics requiring analysis and coordination.

Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school, or university.

First experience in project management, consulting, transformation, or business support would be appreciated, including internships or apprenticeships.

Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders.
Interest in transformation, operational efficiency, process improvement, and organizational topics.
Curiosity for digital tools, automation, and artificial intelligence.
